Volunteer Snack Lounge

Our VBS volunteers work hard all week, and we love to keep them energized and refreshed! You can help by purchasing drinks, snacks, and treats for our Volunteer Lounge.
Drinks:
  • Bottled water (cases)
  • Assorted sodas (cans)
  • Gatorade/Powerade (small bottles)
  • Iced tea (gallons or bottled)
Sweet Snacks:
  • Cookies (individually wrapped or packs)
  • Mini muffins
  • Granola bars
  • Fruit snacks
  • Donuts (optional for morning drop-offs)
Savory Snacks:
  • Chips (individual bags)
  • Pretzels
  • Popcorn (individual bags)
  • Cheese cubes and crackers
  • Mixed nuts or trail mix
Fresh Options:
  • Whole fruits (bananas, apples, oranges)
  • Veggie trays with ranch dip
  • Yogurt cups or tubes
Candy Treats:
  • Skittles (fun size)
  • M&M’s (plain or peanut, fun size)
  • Sour Patch Kids (small bags)
  • Swedish Fish (small bags)

Donate Snacks for VBS

Our 5th Grade Leadership Team will be assembling daily snacks for our VBS students. You can help by donating pre-packaged snack items and supplies for their snack prep stations.
1. Trail Mix Supplies:
  • Pretzel sticks: 4 large bags
  • Goldfish crackers: 4 large cartons (approx. 30 oz each)
  • Teddy Grahams: 4 large boxes
  • Mini marshmallows: 3 large bags
  • M&Ms: 4 large party-size bags
2. S’mores Supplies:
  • Chocolate bars (Hershey’s or similar): 160 mini bars or equivalent
  • Honey graham crackers: 4 family-size boxes
  • Marshmallows: 3 large bags or 2 tubs of marshmallow whip
3. Fishing for Jesus Supplies:
  • Pretzel rods: 4 large bags
  • Red string licorice (Pull 'n' Peel or similar): 4 large packages
  • Goldfish crackers: 4 large cartons (additional to Trail Mix)
4. Melody Fruit Cups:
  • Grapes: 15 lbs
  • Apples: 40 apples (sliced)
  • Bananas: 40 bananas (sliced)
  • Yogurt dip: 3 large tubs or
  • Yogurt tubes: 160 tubes
5. Energy for the Road:
  • Celery sticks: Enough for 160 pieces (approx. 15-20 large celery bunches)
  • Cream cheese: 5 large tubs
  • Raisins: 2 large boxes or individual boxes (160 mini boxes)

Let’s support our local Magnolia schools! We’re collecting school supplies for Bear Branch Elementary, Ellisor Elementary, Parkway Elementary, Intermediate, and Jr. High.

July 10 – Backpacks, USB Drives & Headsets
  • Backpacks (all sizes, gender-neutral preferred)
  • USB Flash Drives (8GB or larger)
  • Headsets or Headphones (over-ear preferred for classroom use)
