A Celebration of Life for Kathy Dube

Kathy, a beloved member of Wildwood since 2017, passed away peacefully at her home in Montgomery on July 11, 2025, at the age of 82. Many of you knew Kathy through her joyful spirit, love of community, and her regular Sunday lunches with the Bonterra group after worship. She brought warmth, hospitality, and a vibrant presence to everything she touched—from hosting gatherings to walking daily and playing pickleball with friends.

Kathy faithfully served in the Hearts & Hugs Bear Ministry, a group that offers comfort to children by providing handmade bears—a mission that was close to her heart.

This service will be a celebration—a reflection of the bright and lively life Kathy lived. Guests are encouraged to wear cheerful colors (no black attire, please) as we remember her legacy of kindness, laughter, and love.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Rio Texas Conference’s flood recovery efforts in the Hill Country.
